A spectacle that fascinates audiences across the world. The concept behind the freeze is to co-ordinate an installation of frozen performers around Chester Cross on a busy Saturday afternoon. The uninformed visitors to Chester will become audience/witnesses to this 2 minute spectacle. Taking part and getting involved in the arts is what it’s all about.
