Opened in 2006, formally 'Est Est Est'. The BlackHouse Grill has been refurbished and looking better than ever! Your reviews are welcome. Located just off Pepper Street near to the city walls & Amphitheatre. There is now a seating area outside in the summer. Vote Below ! Customer Recommendations I have continually visited the restaurant since it opened, the staff are lovely, very attentive but not in your face. The food has always been gorgeous, best restaurant in Chester!! (Thank-you Joe and the team)! Beautiful surroundings... and the food, FANTASTIC!!! I would definitely recommend a visit!!
