Quaker Tapestry Roadshow

Textured Plaque Workshop - Tutor: Alison Dooley

£35 including all materials Make an original piece of art using a variety of techniques and mediums. Lots to pack in to this 4hr workshop resulting in many ideas to take away with you as well as a truly unusual piece to be proud of. Refreshments provided. Half Term Activities For Children

'Bubblemaker' at The Blue Planet Aquarium, Cheshire Oaks.

We have just the boredom buster for you if you are aged 8-15.
Our qualified PADI diving instructors will kit you out and throw you in!
No, only joking, they’ll tell you what do to first!
Your Bubblemaker session of around 45 minutes with our special dive pool team will take you through the skills you need to get you started in diving.

The session will begin with the pre-dive briefing. This will consist of an introduction and explanation of the use of mask, fins, Buoyancy Control Device (BCD), regulator and pressure gauge. Breathing rules and equalisation techniques will be taught as well as a description of the skills to be completed during the Bubblemaker session. - Full Info Here
