Chester Food & Drink Festival 2008
Easter Bank Holiday 22-24 March 2008
This month we expect 20,000 to flock to our new venue at the Chester Racecourse. A move made necessary by the need for more space to house this fast growing event. This year we have even more cooking demonstrations, more exhibitors, more tasting's and seminars, more things for the kids to do. A programme that celebrates everything to do with Food and Drink and the very best Cheshire fine foods. Manufacturers, growers, producers, restaurants and great chefs all under one roof.

There will be many exhibitors featuring Cheshire and North West local produce in the food marquee, including chef demonstrations that have included James Martin, Lesley Waters, Simon Rimmer and Andrew Nutter - it really is a superb family event. Many Restaurants in Chester are joining the event by featuring local produce on their menus and have offers throughout the festival. There are specialty markets in Bridge Street and next to the Town Hall and at the Racecourse.
