Community Centre Hoole Matt Mahon from the USA will be teaching: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Class every Thursday night between 7.00 and 8.30. The Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This is quite a strenuous class suitable for those with some experience of yoga but of course beginners are very welcome. Cost is £7 per session. Yoga mats are provided but if you intend to practice regularly we would recommend that you invest in a good quality mat. contact Gary on 07887 598332
