Named after the Georgian Architect Thomas Harrison, a prolific architect who designed the Grosvenor Bridge and renovated Chester Castle. He designed the building as his own residence and lived there for many years.
You will find good old furniture, bookcases, open fires, a bar at the heart of the building with six cask ales on tap, a shelf crammed with malts and a decent wine list. Outside there are extensive gardens, an oasis after a hard day’s shopping. brunningandprice.co.uk
