National Waterways Museum Beer Festival![]() 07 - 09 October 2011 National Waterways Museum The National Waterways Museum Beer Festival, organised in conjunction with Titanic Brewery, will run from Friday October 7 to Sunday October 9 and will showcase a range of real ales with canal and waterways connections. Visitors to the afternoon sessions on all three days will also receive museum admission and visitors to the Friday and Saturday evening sessions will be entertained by live music. Tickets to the festival are available now from the museum and cost £12 – this includes museum admission, two pints of ale or cider, commemorative glass and a programme. Discounted tickets at £10 are available to CAMRA members and groups of six or more who book at the same time are entitled to a £10 discount ticket. Festival visitor on Friday night will be entertained by Ellesmere Port folk group The Marrobones and Saturday night visitors will hear performances from museum favourite Tom And Gren and Trim Rig And A Doxy. Music starts at 7.30 each night. The Museum has good public transport links, being only a few minutes signposted walk from the railway station and for groups who have organised a designated driver the museum is just off junction 9 of the M53.
