Christmas In The Castle

English Heritage look forward to welcoming you to our family friendly “Christmas at the Castle” event.
Come and listen to Medieval music in the courtyard, meet St Nicholas, and hear about how Christmas was celebrated during the Medieval and Victorian periods. Visit the Agricola Tower and its Medieval Chapel. Our second-hand book shop will also be open and have a go at some traditional crafts.
Entry is free. We are open from 11 am – 3pm and again for our after dark event 4pm -6.30pm. All are welcome. Dogs to be kept on leads. Entrance is through the County Courts car park or City Walls.
